Benjamin “Bigs” Coppel
Supreme Executive Leader of Square Wave and Consulting in Particular
Bigs is our senior Flex Consultant. His career in production lighting has spanned sales, warehouse management, technical operation, touring, and equipment service. He is passionate about helping businesses achieve optimal operation by harnessing the power of Flex to the fullest extent. In his spare time he enjoys gardening, exploring virtual reality, and creating interactive lighting art.
Daniel “Zellers” Zeller
Triumphant and Beloved Mastermind of Technology
Daniel leads our technology efforts, including Report Development and Loomium. With years of experience in IT and production, Daniel is a natural fit for the Square Wave team. He is passionate about pushing the limits of cloud technology and makes it his mission to automate everything that can possibly be automated. In his spare time, he enjoys riding his motorbike around the world, working on festival site crews, and building interactive art installations.
Russell “Rusty” Stewart
Ever-Victorious, Iron-Willed Commander of Finance
Russell has had a long and varied career in the production industry, including theatrical lighting, video production, and technical management. As part of the Square Wave team he manages the administrative systems and supports our marketing and communication efforts. When he's not busy keeping the Square Wave machine humming along, Rusty enjoys jamming out on the keyboard and participating in surf-lifesaving competitions.
Lara “Squeaky Queen” Warren
Illustrious and Endearing Wrangler of Cats
As our resident Cat Wrangler, Lara keeps the trains running on time and mostly on the tracks. With a broad portfolio covering team administration, system configuration and project management, she is the feline fuel in Square Wave’s engine. In her free time, she is likely to be found cliff-walking in Tasmania or driving forklifts in Africa.
Markus Marrott
Profoundly Indignant Commodore of Inscrutable Savvy
Markus is a venerated font of wisdom and artistry who has propitiously chosen to descend from his perch to dignify the commoners. When not occupied with spreading his acumen throughout the land, he has been known to participate in traditional raiding parties and the exploration of digital frontiers. He keeps company with others equal to his stature, a coterie of truly prized noblemen. Legend has it that at midnight on a moonless night, you can hear Markus' voice echoing through the mountain canyons, impugning, "Don't You Know Who I Am?"
Victoria “Tori” Vickery

Victoria is a Project Manager and Administrative Professional who helps organizations become more organized by improving internal communications, increasing efficiency, and infusing structure. She has extensive experience in event coordination and office administration, specializing in workflow innovation and process improvement. She loves helping clients and teammates find the most efficient and effective ways of working. She also loves dancing, cycling, reading, and hosting social events.
Amber Spillers
Steadfast Mitigator and Superior Responder
Amber is a highly trained instiller of peace and distiller of information who has elevated the Square Wave Labs team with her unsurpassable skill. Amber’s vital duties as Customer Support Manager and Business Analyst are executed flawlessly and with singular style. To help her return to Earth following her stratospheric professional feats, Amber enjoys a range of hobbies and interests. An avid bird noticer and occasional feeder, she also enjoys meticulous crafting and is an enthusiastic whistler.
Destinie “Dest” Dowden
Dazzling Demiurge of Scrumwitchery
Destinie is the Dazzling Demiurge of Scrumwitchery at Square Wave, where she blends artistry, magic, and project management to deliver stunning results. Her whimsical designs and insufferable affinity for puns have charmed even the most jaded of clients and colleagues. When not actively Scrumwitching, Destinie pursues many eccentric hobbies; painting, cat juggling, fortune telling, and scavenging for her ever-growing collection of shiny rocks and trinkets.
Luke Hamilton
Chief Fire Ranger of Pomp and Ponder
Meet Luke, an enigmatic problem solver who always attracts mischief, and usually emerges victorious. Luke is a jack-o-all-trades who is just smart enough to be dangerous, so he routinely gets to break things in both the Consulting and Report Development teams. With his fiery hair and collection of liberated street signs, Luke is a puzzle, wrapped in an enigma wrapped in a quirk, wrapped in a literal red flag.
