At Square Wave, we’re excited to announce a significant milestone in our journey towards operational excellence. We’ve just completed our first year using the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), and it has been a transformative experience for our team and our business.
Embracing EOS, A Year of Growth and Clarity
Over the past year, EOS has brought much-needed structure and clarity to our operations. Our leadership team, primarily working remotely, came together for a two-day annual leadership meeting to reflect on our progress and set strategic goals for the next quarter, year, and even three years ahead. The insights gained and the plans laid out during this meeting are set to drive us toward greater innovation and efficiency.
Building Trust and Team Cohesion
One of the most significant outcomes of our EOS journey has been enhancing trust and cohesion within our leadership team. By fostering an environment where team members feel safe to be vulnerable and open with each other, we've seen remarkable improvements in our collaboration and productivity. The annual leadership meeting provided an opportunity to strengthen these bonds further. The time spent together, both in strategic discussions and engaging in fun activities, has reinforced our team spirit and unity. Some of these activities included puppy cuddles, conquering a Game of Thrones-themed escape room, and playing games together.
